Joseph F. Chambers M.D.
Born and raised in Syracuse, NY, Dr. Chambers attended the University of Notre Dame and obtained a BA in Anthropology. He completed Medical School at SUNY-Syracuse in 1999. His family practice residency was at St. Joseph's Hospital, Syracuse, NY. He joined BRFP in January 2003. Dr. Chambers is married and enjoys travel, camping, literature, Native American art and traditional Irish Music. |

Gary DeRosa M.D.
Born and raised in New York, Dr. DeRosa attended LeMoyne College and obtained a BS in Biology. He completed Medical School at Georgetown University in 1979 and his Family Practice Residency at St. Joseph's Hospital in 1982. After spending time in the Public Health Service, he moved to Manassas and opened a practice with Dr. Spencer Feldmann. Dr. DeRosa is married with three children. He is a FAA designated Aviation Medical Examiner. He can do 2nd and 3rd Class Pilot Medicals and also acts as a HIMS program Independent Medical Sponsor. Dr. Derosa is a commercial pilot & flight instructor. He enjoys working on computers, skiing, and Ethics. Dr. DeRosa is past president of the Prince William Medical Staff.

Spencer Feldmann M.D.
Born in Cooperstown, NY, and raised in Oneida, NY, Dr. Feldmann received a BS in Biology from St. Lawrence University. He graduated from The SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine in 1977. His Family Practice Residency was performed at St. Joseph's Hospital in 1980. After spending time in the Public Health Service, he moved to Manassas to open practice with Dr. DeRosa. He is married with three children and he enjoys fishing, bicycling and computers. Dr. Feldmann has been the 2000-2002 President of the Prince William Medical staff. |

Camille E. Horton M.D.
Born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, Dr. Horton graduated from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey with a BS in Chemical Engineering. Medical School and Family Practice Residency were completed at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Robert Wood Johnson. Dr. Horton joined the practice in October 2004. She is married with three children. She enjoys traveling and calypso music. |

Robert Latimer Jr. M.D.
Born and raised in Manassas, VA, Dr. Latimer is the son of Dr. Robert Latimer Sr., one of the original physicians of the Manassas Medical Center. He received a BA from Wake Forest University and attended Georgetown University for Medical School. He completed his Family Practice Residency at David Grant Hospital/Travis Air Force Base in 1985. Dr. Latimer is married and has three children. He enjoys time with his family, sailing, woodworking, scuba and skiing. |

Frederick W. Parker III M.D., M.Ed.
Born and raised in Scranton, PA, Dr. Parker graduated from the University of Scranton with a BS in Biology. He attended the George Washington University School of Medicine and completed his residency through the George Washington University Medical Center and the Ohio State University Medical Center. He obtained a Masters in Education in 1991 from Virginia Tech. He has been Chairman of the Education Committee for the Medical Society of Virginia and is the Medical Director of Continuing Medical Education at Prince William Hospital. Dr Parker merged his practice with BRFP in August 1998. He is married with two children and enjoys golfing, running, Civil War history and sports medicine. He serves as one of the team Physicians for George Washington University. |

Trupti B. Patel, M.D.
Raised in Fairfax, VA, Dr. Patel attended George Mason University and graduated with a BS in Biology and Psychology. She completed her medical school at Eastern Virginia Medical School and her family practice residency at Harrisburg Hospital in Pennsylvania. Dr. Patel joined a private practice group in the St. Louis area where she practiced family medicine for six years. She moved back to this area and joined BRFP in August 2004. Dr. Patel is married with two young children. She enjoys traveling, international cooking, and Redskin football. |

Michael Perez M.D. M.M.M.
Originally from Richmond, VA and raised in Columbus, OH, Dr. Perez graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BS in Biology. He attended the Medical College of Ohio and completed his residency at Fairfax Family Practice in 1990. His father-in-law is the late Dr. John Ringler, one of the original founders of the Manassas Medical Center. Dr. Perez received his Master's in Medical Management (MMM) from Carnegie Mellon University in 2000 and is the Director of Medical Informatics at Prince William Hospital. Dr. Perez is also the Credentials Chairman of the Prince William Hospital Medical Staff. He is married with four children. He enjoys tennis, golf, music and coaching soccer. |

Frank Ratchford M.D.
Born in Scranton, PA, and raised in Upstate New York, Dr. Ratchford attended the University of Scranton and received a BS in Biology. After completing his medical degree at SUNY-Syracuse in 1992, Dr. Ratchford performed his residency at St. Joseph's Hospital. He joined BRFP in 1996. Dr. Ratchford is married with 2 children. He enjoys golfing, jogging, biking, and raising his family. |

Scott Ross M.D.
Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Dr. Ross received a BS in Biology at Georgetown University. He received his medical degree from Georgetown University and completed his Family Practice Residency at Fairfax Family Practice in 1997. Dr. Ross worked with Dr. Fred Parker in 1997 and joined BRFP in 1998. He is married with 2 children and enjoys sports, food, critical care medicine, ethics and teaching students. He is the team physician for the Osborne Park High School. Dr. Ross is looking forward to growth in leadership roles in the practice, hospital and community. |

Janet Breslin R.N., C.F.N.P.
Born in Washington D.C. and raised in Northern Virginia, Ms. Breslin received her nursing diploma at the Alexandria Hospital School of Nursing. She was awarded a B.S.N. and M.S.N. from Marymount University in 1984and 1988 respectively. She concluded her education with a F.N.P. from Marymount in 1995. Ms. Breslin is married with three children and enjoys time with her family, reading, gardening, and jogging. She is adjunct faculty at Marymount University for the Nurse Practitioner program. |

Rachel Colquitt, R.N., C.F.N.P
Born and raised outside Richmond, Va., Ms. Colquitt received her B.S. in Biology at Bucknell University. She completed a second degree in nursing, B.S.N, at the University of Virginia. She concluded her education with a M.S. and F.N.P from the University of Maryland. Ms. Colquitt worked in a private practice in Burke, Va. before joining BRFP in August 2005. She is married with one daughter and enjoys cooking, traveling, Pilates and exercising, as well as spending time with family and friends. |

A Northern Virginia native, Ms. Schatz received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from George Mason University. She received her MSN from the collaborative George Mason University/George Washington University program with concentration as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Schatz is married with two sons and enjoys movies, travel, country music and riding her motorcycle with her husband. |
